How To Apply

There are two methods of applying, you can either apply online and submit your application right away or you can download and print your forms or collect forms at our Conyers campus. Applicants that are not applying online must bring the forms to the campus with the necessary required documents listed on the forms. Admissions perform background checks on all applications so please fill in forms accurately to avoid delays.

When To Apply?

Our programs run throughout the year so feel free to apply any time, your application’s Advisor will inform you when classes start after a successful application.

Start Online Submission

Fill in all the required* fields accurately as misinformation and gaps will delay your application.

Submit The Form

Check to ensure all the details are correct and hit the submit button. If you are unsure of any of the questions or fields on the form please don’t hesitate to contact us we will be glad to help.

Gather Necessary Documents

After submitting your application form start gathering the necessary documents listed below.

Review Of Submission

Once our Admissions team receives your application form they will review it to ensure all the necessary information is there. If there is any missing information we will contact you to retrieve the information. Background checks will begin soon after review of the applicant’s form.

Interview

Once your application has been processed you will be invited to our campus for an interview and final review of your application. Remember to bring all the required documents with you. Feel free to ask any questions during the interview.

Last Decision

That’s it your all done, a decision will be made regarding your application and your Application advisor will contact you and inform on the final decision.  

Things to know First

The applicant must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of completion of the program
  • Be in good physical health
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED certificate except for CNA Program

NOTE:

Certain employment opportunities in the healthcare industry are not open to individuals with some types of criminal convictions.  A criminal background check is required for the CNA program and may be requested for other programs.

In connection with the application, a consumer report, which contains public record information, may be requested.

All students will be notified promptly whether they are accepted into their program of choice, after the completion of a successful interview.  The interview will be arranged by the Admissions Department.

Items needed by the first day of class:

  • Completed application
  • Signed enrollment agreement
  • Application fee of $50
  • Copy of High School Diploma, GED certificate and/or College Degree, except for the CNA Program
  • Copy of Driver’s license or other picture ID
  • Copy of Social Security card.

Race, religion, sex, age, or ethnic origin has no bearing on acceptance or rejection.

Bring your application form and required documents to the school. A member of the Admissions team will review your application form to ensure all the necessary information is filled in. Background checks will begin soon after review of the applicant’s form and the application fee is processed.
